Safe Deal is how money moves on the platform. Every paid session is held in Safe Deal escrow from the moment the client funds it until the work is confirmed. The specialist doesn't see the money until both sides agree the job is done.
The mechanics:
- 22h confirm window. When a specialist marks the job complete, the client has 22 hours to confirm or dispute. If neither happens, the system auto-routes to admin review — never to silent payout.
- One-time 24h pause. The client can extend the confirm window once by 24 hours, no questions asked. Useful when the fix needs more driving to verify, or you want to wait until tomorrow morning to be sure.
- Dispute path. Either side can open a dispute. The other side has 7 days to respond. Our admin reviews evidence (chat log, live-scan output, photos) and decides — split refund, full refund, or full payout.
- No subscription. Specialists pay nothing to be on the platform. They keep 85% of every successful session; the remaining 15% covers Stripe fees, hosting, fraud reserves, and the dispute admin's time.
- Currency-native payouts. Stripe pays each specialist in their local currency. EUR for EU specialists, GBP for UK, USD for US. No FX overhead.
Why this matters: marketplaces without escrow have a constant chargeback problem — clients dispute via their bank weeks after the work, and the specialist eats the loss. With Safe Deal, the money is held in Safe Deal escrow (processed through Stripe) until both parties sign off. Specialists know they'll get paid for good work. Clients know they won't pay for work that didn't land. The whole flow runs without us touching the funds.
