Only clients who completed a paid session can review, and only about that specialist. We don't edit or suppress legitimate negative reviews (FTC Fake Reviews Rule, 16 CFR Part 465).
Where the money sits
Every paid session runs through Safe Deal escrow. The client funds it up front; the money is held (payments are processed by Stripe) and released to the specialist only after the client confirms the fix. If the work doesn't land, the client gets a refund. Specialists keep 85% of every successful session — there's no monthly fee.
